Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program
Western Canadians who have a disability can access a network of business professionals and a world of resources through Western Economic Diversification Canada's (WD) Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program (EDP). The EDP program provides business information, training and development, mentoring and one-on-one counseling services.

MarketAbilities Fund

Rebate for Specially-Equipped Vehicles for Persons with Disabilities
This bulletin explains the rebate of the 5% GST that may be claimed on specially-equipped motor vehicles that are used by, or to transport, individuals using wheelchairs, and vehicles equipped with auxiliary driving controls for individuals with disabilities.

Make A Change Canada/Faire un Changement Canada
A federally incorporated charitable organization accredited under the Imagine Canada Standards Program. We develop and deliver business start-up and web technology training to people facing challenges to employment. Our programs and services are available online across Canada.
• Business Abilities (BA): Online business planning resources and one-on-one coaching assistance, from career exploration to new business mentorship. Services are available free of charge to people who self-identify as living with a disability. Training is flexible and supportive with a continuous intake. Visit and apply online.
• Web Essentials/Web Advanced: Online, college accredited programs in web technologies and design, leading to careers in administration, marketing, e-business, and web design.
